My Experiences
One of the most noticeable feelings after a rebounding session, which could last anywhere from a few minutes to 20, is a strong sense of the body being flooded with oxygen. My breaths are long and deep, and there is a visceral feeling of being full with oxygen. This makes me incredibly energized and ready for the day.
